The air passes through the longitudinal and radial motion tracks of the spirals to make the air evenly distributed at the bottom of the tank body, so that the materials and the sterile air are evenly contacted and fully mixed. The top of the tank is equipped with a spray inoculation device, which can not only inoculate but also adjust the humidity of solid materials in time during the fermentation process.

Solid-state fermentation tank: Solid-state fermentation refers to a biological reaction process in which there is no or almost no free water in an underwater soluble solid substrate with a certain humidity, using one or more microorganisms. 

Considering the essence of the biological reaction process, solid-state fermentation is a biological reaction process in which the gas phase is the continuous phase. 

Solid fermentation has the advantages of simple operation, low energy consumption, easy control of the fermentation process, relatively low requirements for sterility, and less prone to large-scale pollution. 

Fungi are the most commonly used microorganisms in solid fermentation, because their hyphae, like plant roots, can grow on a solid surface and penetrate into the substrate to produce diverse extracellular enzymes. Compared with other single-celled bacteria and yeasts, It is more suitable for solid fermentation environment.

The solid fermentation method is currently mainly used in the traditional fermentation industry. For example: the production of soy sauce, from the cultivation of strains to the preparation of koji, and then to fermentation, all adopt the solid method. 

The fermentation conditions are relatively open, the process is simple, the equipment requirements are simple, and the cost is relatively low. Although some manufacturers have recently adopted deep liquid fermentation, the taste is obviously incomparable with solid fermentation. In the production of vinegar, some manufacturers use the liquid before and after the solid to improve the flavor of vinegar.
