Description

Vessel

Purpose made borosilicate glass material which is temperature and pressure resistant, upper and lower sealing plate is made of 316 stainless steel material.

Structural Style

Aeration System

1.Air inlet from the bottom of vessel, and equipped with circular air distributor;

2.Displayed by glass style flowmeter and pressure gage, regulating air flow by manual valve;

3.Sterilizing filter. Brand: PALL (USA), accuracy: 0.2μm;

4.Air compressor with dehydration pressurizer for supplying the air stably and constantly;

Optional: mass flow controller for controlling the air flow automatically.

Temperature Control

1. Online detection, digital setting, auto/manual control;

2. Pt-100 temperature probe, displayed in digital;

3. Control the temperature automatically by electrical heating and cooling water.

pH

1. Online detection by pH electrode which can be sterilized by vapor;

2. Feeding alkali and acid to regulate pH through #1 or #2 peristaltic pump.

DO

1.Online detection by DO electrode which can be sterilized by vapor;

2.Control range: 0-100% or 0-200%;

Optional: linkage control with agitating speed.

Culture Feeding

Standard equipped one channel of peristaltic pump for fed-batch culture by time proportioning, fed-batch accumulated amount recorded and displayed.

Defoaming

1. Defoaming electrode, automatic alarming when foam abnormal;

2. Standard equipped one channel of peristaltic pump for fed-batch defoamer automatically or manually, fed-batch accumulated amount recorded and displayed.

Control System

Adopt industrial grade WFBio control system, Siemens PLC Smart200 controller, 32 bit true color touch screen interface, full function, stable operation (C model); plus A model sub-instrument control system is optional.
