Leak-proof design:
The shaft seal is eliminated, and the magnetic coupling is used for indirect drive, which completely eliminates the trouble of dripping and does not pollute the use site. Because the flow part of the pump is made of "fluoroplastic alloy". It can continuously transport any concentration of acid, alkali, strong oxidant and other corrosive media without damage. It has the advantages of full sealing, no leakage, and strong corrosion resistance.
Principle of operation:
Static seals are used instead of dynamic seals. The driving device adopts an active magnet coupling to be directly mounted on the motor shaft. The pump chamber is completely enclosed. The impeller with magnets on the pump shaft is indirectly driven to rotate through magnetic coupling. It has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, low noise, reliable operation, convenient use and maintenance, safety and energy saving.
Pump structure:
The liquid-contacting part of the pump is fluoroplastic, but the pump casing is made of metal material, so the pump body can bear the weight of the pipeline and withstand mechanical impact.
