Classification and characteristics of stainless steel bioreactors
According to the equipment of the bioreactor, it is divided into mechanical stirring and ventilation fermentation tank and non-mechanical stirring and ventilation fermentation tank; according to the growth and metabolism of microorganisms, it is divided into aerobic fermentation tank and anaerobic fermentation tank. Fermentation tank is a kind of equipment for mechanically stirring and fermenting materials.

The stainless steel bioreactor uses special temperature-resistant, pressure-resistant, and corrosion-resistant glass materials, and the upper and lower sealing plates are made of stainless steel. 

The change of the fermentation liquid can be clearly observed during the fermentation process. There are two types of mechanical stirring: upper stirring and magnetic coupling stirring.

Scope of application: This series of products are used for the selection of microbial fermentation medium formulations, the optimization of fermentation process parameters, and the verification of production processes and strains.

Biological fermentation tanks are widely used bioreactors. The advantages of this reactor are less bacterial infection, simple structure, high dissolved oxygen efficiency and low energy consumption. 

Gas lift fermentation tanks widely used in the biological industry include gas lift internal circulation fermentation tanks, gas-liquid dual jet gas lift circulation fermentation tanks and tower gas lift fermentation tanks with multi-layer distribution plates. 

The foaming tank is the original aeration fermentation tank. The foaming reactor has no draft tube, so the directional flow of liquid cannot be controlled.

The main advantages of stainless steel bioreactor:

(1) The structure is simple, the basic principle is less, and the energy consumption is more than that of a stirring paddle reactor

(2) No centrifugation is particularly important for pumps with specific flow patterns that use gas to generate directional circulation, powerful liquid circulation, no internal moving parts, small shear stress, and uniform energy dissipation.
(3) Compared with conventional bubble towers, the operable gas and liquid flow ranges are larger;

(4) The gas supply efficiency is high, and the gas flow rate in the riser is large. Similar reactions may be greater than the gas flow rate and are beneficial to aerobic exercise;

(5) The fluidization effect is very good, it can be solid particles, even heavier particles are also possible;

The main purpose of the biological fermentation tank: This equipment can be widely used in aerobic fermentation processes, such as antibiotics, amino acids, enzyme preparations, vitamins, and organic acids. 

In the chemical industry, it can be used for gas-liquid and gas-liquid solid reaction processes. From the perspective of environmental protection, it can be used for sewage treatment.
